Sometimes we find we need some extra support to move through difficult times in life. We might feel stuck in a challenging situation or relationship: finding emotions harder to manage, or in a way of thinking or behaving which is causing problems for us. Person centred counselling can significantly help with this.

The person centred approach to counselling offers you a confidential, accepting, understanding and non judgmental space in which you are able to explore your feelings and concerns. This can facilitate your movement through any personal difficulties to a place you would rather be. It can help you understand yourself and your feelings more deeply and support you in making more helpful decisions for yourself, finding a way forward that feels right for you. I am also able to offer creative ways to explore your feelings, if helpful.

I am able to offer face to face counselling with appropriate Covid 19 arrangements, when necessary. I am also able to offer counselling on Google Meet or telephone support. Please contact me for further details.
